ReShea Balams is a successful entrepreneur, attorney, and founder of The Balams Firm, an elite boutique personal injury firm serving clients across the state of Georgia. Known for her perseverance, strength, and commitment to excellence, she is a role model for young women and female business leaders. In 2018, Balams founded The Balams Firm, specializing in personal injury, car accidents, truck accidents, and premises liability. Under her leadership, the firm has achieved significant recognition, including ranking No. 179 on the 2024 Inc. Regionals: Southeast List of fastest-growing private companies in America.
Her achievements include being named one of the Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2018, consistently being listed on the Super Lawyers Rising Star List since 2018, and earning recognition as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. She is also a graduate of Leadership Buckhead and Leadership North Fulton.

Balams holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a member of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society and the Black Law Students Association. She graduated summa cum laude from Spelman College with an undergraduate degree in Economics.
